FM modulated means that it runs from your FM radio. The sound will not be digital. I have a blitzsafe adapter in my 03 tl-s. It connects my fm to my cd player. The sound is then digital.

I emailed blitzsafe this am if they have adapter for the TSX. I will let you know what I hear.

I was planning to buy the Kenwood SIRIUS Satellite Radio. On sale now at BestBuy for $99. With FMmodulator, car kit and installation total cost would be about $300. $120 for the installation is expensive. Did you do the install yourself? How did the Sunglass Holder install work? Where did you put the box and antenna? Is it easy enough or do you recommend professional installtion?

I took it to a local installer. They put the receiver somewhere behind the dash. The antenna is mounted above the windshield between the glass and sunroof. I have the low profile one that is magnetic.

huge difference IMO i actually had mine wired both ways at the same time and was switching back and forth to make the comparason, i can say that the channel separation is much better and the high frequencies are much more noticable when directly connected through the AUX input.
running through the FM modulater there is static or hiss when silent parts of the music are present and the high frequency section is notibly reduced.

I received this fax from Soundgate today.

The SNHOND3 will work to add one set of auxiliary RCA inputs to the factory
system. This retails for 129.95, and will allow the audio to pass digitally
into the car. There is no control features for the XM from the radio so you
would need a separate controller/display in order to control or see the XM.
Thanks CHET.
