possible burn fuse for the deck?

i have joined and read this forum quite sometime but this is my first post. i have used the search feature before i make this point

i was driving my bro's 02 TL-S and trying to use those cell phone car charger on the cigarette plug. i shorted the circuit and the burning smell comes real quick and strong. i try to replace the fuse but i can't located the fuse for the front deck. i have check the fuse box(located close to the firewall)under the hood and the fuse box right next to the driver side door but no luck. i could be blind and missed it.

also, i'm planning to drain the coolant on my TSX and his TL. I'm sure the TSX have been using factory coolant but not sure his vehicle (TL). i don't even know if it's good idea to just get factory Honda type 2 or i could just get any universal from parts store for refill as i know alot of mechanic don't use factory coolant for flush/drain.

also, is there any DIY link from this website for any maintaince work? i have tried to search but don't think this is available.

need some advise from all the expertise here and thank you in advance.

Isn't there a fusebox when you open the passenger door on the 02 TL?
