well i finally put these compo's in. i decided to put the tweeters in the doors between the door handles and the dash and they sound freakin incredible. the highs are mind numbing .... anyways im jus ranting about em.... and yes i know that....

Any details on the installation you can give, did you need to make a spacer? Where did you place the crossover?

I like the looks of this speaker combo. I have Polk speakers with my HT / 2nd channel music at home and real miss my Polk sound / mid range vocals that BOSE doesn't give me.

yea it was a simple install. i got the plastic spacers from circuit city. i know alot of ppl made a wood spacer, i dunno if there is any difference but i paid 15 bucks a set for the spacers (front and back speakers) when u take the door panel off there is a black box on the inside of the panal. i just put the crossover into it and voila all done. SOUNDS AMAZING!!!! today i set the EQ settings on my headunit, holy shit it hurts my ears its so crisp!

na im using a new one. i have a pioneer dual din setup. indash dvd player and indash screen
