Question Pioneer DEH-P6900UB CD player not being recognized

We've had this headunit for a few weeks now and just had satellite radio installed. But now the thing doesn't seem to recognize the CD player anymore and just won't play CD's for whatever reason. Plus, the CD player doesn't even show up as a source option anymore. I've looked all through the owners manual but can't figure out what I need to do here. Can someone please help?? I have a feeling there's just some CD player setting I need to turn back on. Thanks!!

When you say CD player, are you referring to the single cd that can be inserted ? Or is it talk for a CD Changer that you had connected? If it is the first, try turning off the radio and holding the function button. This will bring up an offline menu where you can adjust the settings, such as AUX1, AUX2 etc. You might have to reset the radio or for less headache, return it for a new one because it just might be defective.
