I was thinking about replacing my D1 with Z1 but the question is:
Is it gonna be just plug and play or it needs rewiring or something?
Please help me out ASAP

for the most part it will be plug and play. you may need to figure out the bypass for it tho. check out avic411.com. they have alot of info.

it's been a few weeks since i've played with the Z1, but I am pretty sure the harness's are different. Anyway not to diffeicult and You will also want to pick a PAC TR-7 if you want the bypass to work automatically when you turn the car on
