another thing is since the 13 has a grill I can jsut tosss all the stuff in my trunk and not worry. when the 12is in there I cant use the trunk

Glott is that box sealed or ported. Reason I ask is becasue the box looks huge.

 

its sealed, yes its somewhat big, but thats also because there is an amp rack attached to rear of it. the actual enclsoure is spec'd to JL's recommendations. The width is exactly that of the back part of the trunk in the tsx.

 

O yea Glott just wait another month till the sub wears in fully and the bass will be louder.

 

I will jump in and say there is a big differance between the sound advice stores in South florida and the tweeter stores up north I worked for Sound Advice for about 3 years as a car audio manager "Most" of the people that work at sound advice are audiofiles themselves and as long as you dont get a new installer you should be good. While I will say SA has made a decline ever since tweeter purchased them there are still some quality people there....
