Permanent mounting of sub box

I've finally got my system completed and it sounds friggin awesome!

The IDMAX box probably weighs around 45lbs or so!

Anyway, I'm looking for suggestions as to how to keep it from moving around. I'm a little nervous about drilling into the bottom of the trunk due to the gas tank and anything else I can't see under there.

How did you mount yours? I'd like to mount mine up against my amp rack with the sub facing the rear of the car.

Also, any suggestions for a grill? The surrounds are too big to use a generic speaker grill but I want something to protect the woofer when I'm putting groceries, etc. in the trunk.

Thanks!
