? for peaple with blitzsafe...

Does a cd changer have to be hooked up in order for the blitzsafe aux. input converter to work if I want to use a mp3player/xm tuner? My TL has a cd changer port in the back of the radio but no changer. ( Don't want a changer.) Also, can some please post the part # ? Thanks, Dave

Nope the Blitsafe adapter doesn't need to be hooked up to a cd changer. The one I got had 2 rca inputs (left/right). I can't remember the model #, but if you give Ron @ Streeteffectz (732.388.7000) a call he'll be able to hook you up. That's where I got mine. It definitely was worth it. Not to mention you don't lose the internal 6-cd changer.

I don't have a factory changer at all. Was wondering if i need a changer for a blitzsafe adapter to work. Iwas told that you have to have a cd changer by an installer. Also, does it matter if I have navigation.

Hrm, I'm not sure about that. I don't think it really matters if you have navigation or not. I could be wrong though. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
