so my friend with a 2002 accord coupe needs a new head unit. i have one lieing around in my place (blaupunkt mp3 cd player) from my old car. ive been meaning to put it into my cl but have been hesitant because of the stock bose sound system etc. if i put the blaupunkt in my car, would the stock head unit work on my friends accord?

if not ill probably just sell him my blaupunkt.

 

It'd be a much better idea to sell him your aftermarket cd player and keep your stock until you want to upgrade. Your bose head unit is designed for your car and your car only. plus, the bose might not even fit in the accord, and the wiring and harnesses will probably be different. save yourself a lot of trouble, and keep your CL stock(until wanting to upgrade), and let your friend have the Blaupunkt for his accord.
