New System hookup

I'm getting 2 - 12" subs.... would a 600 W amp be enough to run that and a stock 2000 Bose system? and also, what wires are recommended?

a little more info would be helpful.. what kind of speakers what kind of amp, what wires are good for what...

speakers.... stock bose ones, not too sure.... amp... JL 600 W.... thats all i know right now.... and the wires to hook up the amp... I'll post more when i find out more
