Love my new (98) CL, and at first the stock Bose, single cd player sounded fine. I guess it's just that. Stock. Now it sounds extremely flat, Even after adjustments. I also HAVE to have more than one CD.

So, I was wondering whats a decent priced quality stereo unit I could buy and still retain the steering wheel controls. I would also like to run a changer as well, even If I can't change cd's on the wheel (just vol and channels/songs like the stock). Don't want to get too crazy with amps, crossovers, Subs DVD etc. (wow this stuff has come a long way), just the front unit and the changer. (maybe additional down the road).

I assume that the speakers aren't too bad, so I wouldn't mind continuing to use them. (unless they are the real sound prob).

Haven't done too much homework on this, but need to start somewhere.
