New Headunit install?

I just went to a pretty reputable place to put in a Alpine-7867 and the installer said nooooooooo way on that because "everything is wired to the radio". So either he was trying to tell me it's a pain in the ass and/or impossible (i doubt the latter since I've seen people on here with Alpine HU's) and he didnt want to do the work....or he was trying to save me some money cause it would be expensive.

Did anyone here have any issues with their installers or any extra money they had to shell out in terms of rewiring? Hell, does anyone even know a place that will take care of this for me in the South Jersey/Phildelphia or even NY area? Thanks ya'll.
