Thumbs up NEW audio solution for video in navi

this is for all you video in navi people....
okay....i went to a stereo shop for my headrest tv's and stuff today.....and they told me for audio instead of a fm modulater, if you have a cd changer(alpine/oem) that has m-bus cable(wat ever that means) you can interface it in the middle of the cable with a switch to switch from cd changer to audio(ps2, dvd, and etc..) and that the sound would be cd quality! kindda like a sony switch but working with alot less wires. all for $100 parts and labor.... I think thats worth it~

theres ones more alternative i read on the cl forum..
Just get a RCA plug to 1/8 jack plug coverter from radio shack. Plug that into a portable CD player to cassette convertor and into your casette player. The sound is perfect, and so you have one little wore coming out of the casette player but just run it under the console and when you want to play DVD's just hit the tape button.

anyways...just thought id let you guys know~

The Alpine audio interrupt will only work with the older alpine changer, which I happen to have in my TL and I have the interface. The S620 and 624 changer it WILL NOT work with it, I already tried it. It should work, but for some reason it does not, NOT when you are using the factory headunit anyway.
