Well I'm pretty much a newb when it comes to car stereoes so I was wonering if some of the other members on this board could help me out and educate me. I've already gone to the newb thread but I still have some questions. I want to keep my car looking stock so I really don't want to change my deck or the speakers really. But I want to add some brightness to my stock bose speakers and and some extra bass, what are some ways to do this? From my searchings it seems some members just add a new amp bypassing the stock watt increasing the wattage that is sent to the stock speakers. Could someone explain to me how this works and could someone with this setup tell me how it sounds. I'm not looking for the best system, rather I'm looking for something just a bit better.
