Hey,
I have a 2000 TL with Bose system w/nav. Tape deck made weird noise when hot. Now when i put in an adapter tape to play my ipod, it just keeps flipping sides and then ejects it. It's obviously screwed up, so i want to replace the head unit with the same model. If i get a used one online, how do i know it will fit? Are there multiple models for 2000 TL's. Or, of i get a used one that was taken out of a 2000 TL, will i be ok? Any help would be appreciated! This is my very first post, so sorry if it was not specific enough.

 

There is a place I used in VA to repair a few of my radios Southern Electronics

I am seriously considering sending my factory one from my CL to them since it works when it feels like it

as far as a junkyard radio you will prob get a short warranty on it or you would have to go aftermarket

I'm debating doing this myself still on the fence what to do
