Do need to take out my rear seats to do install on a sub and amp? I already have line out converter, power cable, ground cable, and RCA's..(though, if i tap the line in the back, i won't quite need 12 feet)

can someone gimme a step by step on what i need to do? Austin519 suggested i tap the signal up at the dash..but... is THAT the way to do it? Thanks.
