OK for awhile I was going to go with a Kenwood System and bought some of the componets, but the other day I got to mess with a friends Pioneer system and I loved it so here is my question, what do you think I should get?? The prices that are listed are a range of prices that I have seen for new items, They can be found for that price if you look really hard. If any one knows of an exact price, I would really like that.

well my opinion is kindof biased since i have the pioneer in my acura.... but in my opinion i think the picture quality of the pioneer is better... and i am not a huge fan of kenwood to begin with... but to be honest if i had it all to do over again i would go with the eclipse.... hell if you want i will sell you my system i have the avx-p7300dvd with the 8000 brain and a 6 disc indash pioneer cd changer.... holla if you are interested... the only benefits that the kenwood has over the pioneer in my opinion is touch screen and a tv tuner....

 

a couple of things to consider
- kenwood is partially motorized
- do you want a double din console, but will kenwood nav fit?
- kenwood includes tv tuner
- pioneer nav also functions as aux single disc cd/dvd unit, pc card option
- kenwood offers touchscreen navigation
- dvd changer capacity

not sure of the money we are talking about, but i would probably take the pioneer.
