Need help wiring front door speakers
OK, so I'm replacing my factory sound system on my 00- TL with aftermarket components. But now i'm stuck on running new speaker wire into the front doors. Does anyone have a easy method of doing this?

I haven't tried the TL yet, but I usually use an unbent metal coat hanger to lead the wire thru. I tape the wire to the coat hanger. Make sure it doesn't make a big bulge...you don't want the overall thickness to be very big. I helps to tape a good 6" length to the coat hanger and wrap the length of the wire/coat hanger. Just be super-careful not to poke existing wiring with the end of the coat hanger when threading it thru.
The TL wiring boot to the door might just be really tight though. At this point, you might just have to remove the boot.
Good luck.
