need help w/ my alpine system..plaese LOOK!!

i had a cva-1006 in my car with an ai-net cd changer in my car for a year and everthing was fine..i had a dva-5205 put in (professionally) and now my cd changer plays really really low in volume...the dvd(cd) player plays fine and loud..does any one have any idea of why my cd changer would be playin so low..any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

Any chance the DIN cable going to the changer got damaged. In my old Honda the cable got a cut in it from throwing stuff in the trunk and it had the same problem. Might want to check that.

is there interference?? or its just low??? and is there maybe a setting u could use to gain more signal??? maybe the pro screwed something up... heheh just becuase some of them are pro i still don't trust them as much as my friends or me doing an install... i also noticed that alot of places that do free installs... they don't do free on Alpine systems... u could always go back to him and b*tch about it...
