does anyone one know how to remove these "plates" next to VSA switch, and any idea where i can purchased any switch that fit these slots?

To remove the blank plates, you must remove the entire switch area. There are 2 pry locations on the bottom edge, just feel for them with your fingers. Then each button or plate is held in place by 2 clips, just press them in and the button or plate will come out the front.

As far as replacement switches, I think any Acura or Honda switch of the same shape or size would fit (although they may not match in style or color). I have never seen aftermarket switches of the same shape and size.
