need help with the stock bose sub real quick..

the previous owner of my car took out the stock sub and trashed it.. he used the sub wiring (at least it looks like it) to wire up his line output converter so there are no connections for the sub.. i just purchased a replacement from someone on here.. i noticed there are 2 red and 2 black wires coming from the connector and only one pos and neg terminal on the sub.. do i just run both reds to the positive and both blacks to the negative?

i kinda figured that was about the only thing TO do.. i went to acura myself a couple hours ago and confirmed it.. hooked it up and man, it makes a huge difference when you are used to listening to just the door speakers..
