so ever since i bought my car sometime back in july of 08 my navi never worked. kept asking for this password that i did not know of at all! so i called acura gave them the serial off the navi box and the pw they gave me doesnt even work..anyone have any suggestions on what i should do or know how to fix this?

 

i had the same problem so i had to get the sn off the navi unit and call the dealership; they gave me the code and it worked...

maybe try contacting previous owners?

 

um i got it off a used car lot, stupid ass holes dont know..they "forgot" and told me to go to the dealership..so yeah.

 

open the glove box. Look on the outside drivers side to see if there are some stickers. if so, those are your codes.

 

you could look under the fuse cap under your hood the one on the passenger side it should be under the cap. i went to the dealer and the guy showed me. free of charge.

 

Ive looked every were and i cannot find it etheer in my car.
