NAVI VIDEO KITS....WHO wants one?
I need to know about how many people are interested by this Wednesday or Thursday, and I will order decoders so I can start putting them together.

Ron, count me in as long as this kit includes the everything needed. Will this include the equipment required to send audio signal to the factory radio? Either way, I'm interested, I just wanted to know.
Send me an email...

yeah, I'm in - I just need to know what's included in the kit and if I can get it installed here on the left coast. StreetEffectz, do you by chance have a twin brother in California?

Guys, I know how each of you feel. After waiting for about a month trying to find someone to install in MD, I decided to take a chance. And to be honest, with clear instruction it's not that difficult. The hardest part is getting to the back of the radio--connecting the decoder is matching wire colors and splashing.
I added a VCR, diversity antenna with signal booster, FM modulator, and audio connectors. And believe me, I never removed a car stereo. Really, everything is fused so you can't do any permanent damage.

Count me in as well.
I'm i the same fix as my California TL brothers are however - Isn't there anyone out here who can competantly install these units for us? I'm willing to pay huge cash just so I don't have to go and screw it up myself.
I guess we all feel more comfortable with Ron because not only has he done it many times with great results - but he understands the innerwokings of a TL better than anyone.
Someone out in SoCal step up!
Thanks

Hey guys...Dont rip your whole dash apart. As Im sure Ron can tell you. You dont have to. I just finished building and installing Video on my navi. I used a 4pdt relay instead of the switch. All of the hardware is mounted in the trunk and all you have to do is run a switch into the cabin to toggle between the navi and your DVD. It works awesome, but just having a little trouble finding a good FM modulator, anyone with suggestions??
