Has anyone experimented with the Alpine KCE-103V Expansion Box as a replacement for the AVC-RGB1?

It has 2 RCA inputs and "Proprietary" RGB in/out ports. I'm just not sure how proprietary it is.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this before.


Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Thats the expansion box for the CVA-1003 to mention just one application right?

 

Yip! Thats the one. According to the specs it might work, but I can't seem to find the installation guide for it anywhere.
