Navi With Sound System?

Navi With Sound System?

i am going down to the dealership tomorrow to get or atleast order a 03 TL type S possibly with navi ....... a body kit and spoiler.....the question is........will their be any problems with the navi if i want to install a sound system you know a couple of subs and an amp????????? if so then what and how can i fix it.? please help need answer by tonite........thankx in advance

Congratulation for shopping/getting a new TL-S.

As long as you don't replace the HU, you will not have problem with the voice from the navi.

thankx but wait another question.....if i dont replace the head unit like u said......the question is will the head unit be able to stand up to the power of the amp and subs?

The short answer is YES.

One thing you have to do to get better sound from the stock HU when adding an after market AMP is to bypass the stock EQ. A few members here actually did it and they like it.

If you want to keep the fader on the HU, you need to use LOC to convert the speaker outputs (4 channels) to feed the low level inputs on the aftermarket amp.
