Navi DVD Conversion w/ E Brake Override?

Navi DVD Conversion w/ E Brake Override?

If i get the conversion kit from avelectronic.com is there a way to override the ebrake so that i may watch DVD's or TV while im driving? Sorry I'm really bad with electronics.

I don't have experience with that kit, but it's probably something you'd have to hook up any way, so, just don't hook it up...

you just have to ground the wire that your supposed to connect to the ebrake

what's this talk about overriding the E-brake while driving? i'm not familiar with it...

if a dvd set is correctly installed, you cant watch dvd until you ebrake is ingaged(pulled up) it's becuase for safety. the way to by pass is take the wire that is suppose to connect to the ebrake sensor by the ebrake, to any ground point. like what bass mechanic said.

haha thanks for replying! i just have one more question on the avelectronic site it doesnt say there is an available kit for an acura tsx but it does say there is an available kit for an acura tl, purchasing the acura tl kit wont make a difference would it? i figure it wouldn't but i would just like to make sure. ONCE AGAIN THANKS FOR REPLYING GUYS!

someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i think its exactly the same for the TL.
