Check your ground..

Contact Vsolokov..

Any problems with the install? Anything you weren't sure about?

Everything was OK.
I connected everything and soldered every connection.
I was getting noise in my speakers but after I grounded my DVD everything was ok.
Now another problem - when the engine is running I am getting small horizontal lines on the screen.
As far as I know navi conversion kit has a ground wire (black one with letters) which I connected to navi according to instructions...
Not sure what else I should ground
I am so mad. I dont want to ripp apart the whole install... HELP!!!

Sounds like it to me that you are getting noise interception from the engine. The same thing can happen with stereos.

There should be a ground also for the A/V switch.. It's defintley a grounding issue with the way you are describing.. If you fix it or have anymore questions post up..

Get a noise filter from radio shack or a local car stereo store and put it between the constant power and ground leads of the conversion unit sometimes it works sometimes it won't, it's worth a try!
