I recently had a message on my Nav. Sys. that said "Hard disk error;(unformatted)" Took it to the dealer today where they disconnected it and rebooted it. After we started it up it said leave car running while it searched for a GPS signal. At the end of the 10 minutes it says it was unable to locate a signal; please move car to another location and repeat the steps. Anybody got any advice?
