My humble sub/amp setup

I broke down and got my Boston Acoustics sub installed. I kept telling myself that I wasn't going to install the sub since I wanted to keep the trunk space but I missed the bass I had in my previous two cars. I guess once you get used to the bass, you can't go back. Anyways, I'm so happy I did get it installed cause I got instant gratification.

I went with an Alpine MRP-M350 amp this time. It's perfect for my setup cause I just want a little kick and not anything too crazy. I only have the gain at 1/4. Here's some pics.

Cool. Yeah I hear ya, I had 2 12's in my previous car and I can't wait until I get some 12's in my TSX. Once you have felt the bass, there's no going back lol. Your set up looks good, just something to give ya that feel. That's what I want to do, nothing to loud.

I'm thinking about a similar setup. Looks like you are using the speaker lever input (harness) ? Did the installer just grab the rear speaker wires for this ?

Yep, the amp is hooked up via speaker level inputs. They spliced into the speaker wires of the 6x9's.
