How come only one of my headlights come wen its raining outside?????!!!

 

Check the harness that the light plugs into. I know with my old HID's they weren't 100% tight, and would sometimes wiggle loose.

If it's only when it's raining, then start tracing wires. The jacket of the wire probably got cut somehow/somewhere.

 

Sounds like a short or open ground
