You might want to try an actual car audio forum such as elitecaraudio.com, sounddomain.com, or carsound.com. Of course, you could also try ebay. Good luck selling them.

If they were 6-1/2's I would've taken them.

yea ditto .. I would've considered some 165Ks .. I have 130Ks (not exactly my choice but we'll not go into that) and even they sound pretty darn good

I had the 165K2's in my old car and went with Focal again in my TL-S...I've got both the 165K2's up front and the 136K mids in the rear. :smokin: $235 is an awesome price for the 136K's...Focal lists a MSRP of $498 for them. I paid $325 for mine. Whoever buys them will be one happy camper!!!

hey, i'll even throw in .... uhmm a comptech sport sticker?! huh? not a bad deal!

as for as i know, the 5.25's dont differ too much from the 6.5" ones.. just a little more midbass up front, but thats about it.

i tried posting on sounddomain but it won't let me get to the "cool classifieds" section... it just sits there "thinking" but never finishes loading the page. hmm...

Its not just the size difference, its the wattage. The 136K's handle 70 watts and the 165K2's handle 100. I have a 100x4 amp for my highs. Sorry dude.

96TL, hey its all good. i'll just wait patiently.. =) hell i'm still "waiting" to sell my a/d/s amp and install the swaybars that have been growing mold in my closet for a year now =) i think it will all happen soon though.. i hope

p.s. there is, of course a difference b/t the 165K and the 165K2 models. the K handles 80 and the K2 handles 100. i dont think the 136 even has a K2 version.. but yeah, anyway. thanks for your interest. take it easy,

jason
