MP3 audio disc creation?

Aside from just dumping the MP3s on the CD...is there any way to organize them in folders and switch between folders in an 08 TL? I've never made or used an MP3 disc before, so that is why I ask. Any tips would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I believe it is incapable of handling folders and directory structures. Sadly you just have to dump the mp3s to the root of a data disk and it will play them back in order. So, I'd suggest ordering them yourself by renaming the burned files... ala "01 - xxx.mp3" "02 - xxx.mp3" in order to create your desired playlist.

Pretty lame mp3 disc support, eh?

Actually, just playing around with it last night I was able to burn a CD and organize into folders. Worked pretty well. Now I just need to perfect it and reburn a final copy.

Yep, and if you have an 07 or 08 TL with Nav you can switch to the audio screen and "touch screen" the folders and files. It's pretty slick to just touch and artist folder and then all of the albums for that artist drop down into other folders.

I wish we did. Of course for that feature to work, we would have to be able to play MP3 discs. We all now how well that went over.
