Shawhite is right. You should be able to pick one up at Best Buy or Circuit City. Any place caring install stuff should have one for you.

That one is a little more complicated. There are a couple of options for that. There is a person on here who makes them but, they run around $150-200. Or you can wait a week or two and Ron @ Streeteffectz is going to start making them for around $100. I sent him my factory radio last week and he is going to use it to make a prototype so he can make production parts. They should be ready to go in a week or so.
