Here is the "control panel":
Here are my rims:
Here is the fuse panel:
The car is literally torn to pieces now (3-12-02). The speaker panels and box are going to the paint shop tomorrow. Headliner has some more work to be done and the trunk is going to be started. A lot of sanding and primer has been taken care of over the past couple of days. As always I will update as seen fit and when available.

I hope you plan on keeping this car for a verrrrrrrrrrry long time. There is soooooo much time and $$$$ into it
So when is it going to be done? Are you still letting them take it for a month after its done....that would KILL me.

Is that CL done by Audio Excellence. The speaker grill and the top liner with the TV looks like the 2000 Renault Magane they did for someone in Bermuda. The Renault is in car audio mag (oct 2002). THats a badazz car u got there.
ISnt Audio Excellence and Ultimate Audio the big boyz in car stereo down there. My TL was done at and is still being done at Ultimate Audio. I will get pics when done. Hope to see that car this weekend.

acurajl---nice work, i competed back a few years ago and its alot of hard work to get a car look sooooo gooood like you did onn this on. Expressive Audio here in houston built my car and it 2 months to build, i cant imagine a project like this.. beautiful work- mad props
thanks Streeteffectz....yeah, Audio Excellence is doing the work out of Orlando. Ultimate Audio is a good shop, I have the unfortunate opportunity to witness some mistakes that they have done, but they do get a lot of respect. The Renault has similarities, but also originalities with my car that are respected in the 12 volt industry. The headliner is now in its 3rd generation, the bubble plexiglass is in its 3rd generation also. What really makes my car different than the others is the different components of the car coming together with a slight variation from the others, yet with also very distinct concepts that were masterminded by Audio Excellence and myself.
AcuraJL, sweet ride man!
I didn't see your car either. I went to the Tuner bash behind the Adams Mark Hotel on Saturday and only saw a Blue TL, Red CL and a CL similar to yours, but with purplelish flames on the front. Where exactly was your ride? Was it in the parking lot on the side of the hotel or directly in the back by the boardwalk?
I tried to send you a PM, but it says your box is full. How long does something like that take & also if you could provide me with ballpark figure $$? Send me a PM if you dont wish to disclose the info. I've heard a lot of good things about the place you're having it done and I've thought about taking my car there. I'm in Miami and visit Orlando around 2-3times a year.

well, the PM thing has been screwy for a long time, however I have an e-mail address in my profile that you can use. My car was in the JL Audio booth behind the hotel on the bandstage. Unfortunately, traffic was horrendous and we did not get the car there untill late Saturday. I am sorry about the inconvenience. The actual labor work for the stereo is hard to analyze because of so much overtime and uncounted hours. I would guess 300 hours.
imagistic: The car is now 99% complete with only touch-up paint, and minor reconstruction as well as one or two technological difficulties.
