Mobile TV Antenna
Does anyone know of a good TV Antenna and optimal placement for the car?
I currently have the Pyle mobile TV antenna installed on the rear deck of my car with tinted windows, but I'm getting really bad reception. I can't mount it properly on the top front windshield like the manufacturer suggests because of all the OnStar crap.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks.

i have the sony vca13 antenna. it comes with two types of antenna (thin outline film or thicker solid rubber) but it was meant for coax type tuners. i have it stuck on the front windshield with the thin film antenna. i have never used the diversity antennas so i can't say it this is better. i definitely like the look and it's not even noticeable at all. the only problem is the cost...it's like $100!

Thanks StanMan, but that's pretty steep, I paid about $20.00 for mine and I guess you get what you pay for. I think I'll try different positions for the antenna this weekend. BTW: My tuner is coax as well. If I still get really crap recieption, I'll have to dig deep and come up with the cash.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
