The Discus has a xover on the frame for the tweeter (you can see the little circuit board with the wires coming off of it in the photos).
If you clip one of those wires the tweeter is gone and then it's a mid only.
The Discus has no mid low-pass xover - that's only on the higher-end MBQ speakers.
If you clip one of those wires the tweeter is gone and then it's a mid only.

What is your take on the MB Quarts Discus DKE 116's? How would you rate them?
