MB Quart Ref 6X9 in rears?

MB Quart Ref 6X9 in rears?
I am doing an audio system upgrade in my fiancee's TSX (auto, nav) and I have to stay stealth. I will use the factory head, and upgrade the speaks.
I see that MB Quart has the RCE 269 2-way component kit with 6x9 woofers. I only want the woofers, not the tweeters, but I want to find out if anyone out there has experience with these in the rear deck. Do they fit OK? Any mod required? Any info is appreciated.

never had the chance to hear the MB quarts, but the Eclipse 8691 are very nice.
