i need to know if the 2nd generation 1999-2001 acura 3.2tl uses a m-bus connection or a p-bus connection. Also need to know which model alpine cd changer would fit into the factory deck. Also do i need to know if i need a bose adapter.

I will assume M-Bus means Molex, so you will need the M-bus adapter. It's the flat plug type. The CD Changer is the Alpine CHM-S620.

M-Bus is actually just the name of Alpines data transfer protocal, and uses either a 5 pin DIN, or lately an 8 pin DIN cable. Currently Alpine now uses what that call Ai-Net.

Anyway, sorry, I don't know what the new Acuras use.
