Looking For A 5 Channel Amp

I'm looking to find a 5 channel amp. 4 channels for inside speakers. 1 channel for sub. Can anyone inform me of any good amps. Something that is atleast 500 watts rms total.

Re: Looking For A 5 Channel Amp

What speakers (exact model numbers) and what sub will you be powering with this amp? How much do you want to spend? I have a couple of amps in mind...

Bryan has some good questions for you....One of the biggest questions her is how much you want to spend.

Well, you should really choose some speakers first. That way we have a better idea of how much power you are going to need.

I tried to do what you did.
Got a 5-channel infinity kappa amp
50x4 & 200x1
got it on sale for $500, its probably around $700. It did well for a few months, but then the subwoofer output blew for no reason.
now I just have the kappa powering the focal component speakers front and back, and have a JL Audio 230 watt mono amp powering the kicker comp vr 10, and it sounds much better. I have yet to see an all in one amp that performs as well as separate dedicated amps. if anyone finds one, let me know. I have a tiny tiny trunk.

Try Pheonix Gold...they have some new amps that should suit you.
