I'm lookin for an amp to buy for my dad. Can someone explain to me the specs of an amp? He's just lookin for crisper sound, and a lil bit more bass output from his speakers (Pioneer 6x9s 220w in the back, Kenwood 160w in the front doors). He has a Kenwood KDC-122 45x4 deck.

 

You would be satisfied with getting a 50x4 amp. All those numbers you listed are peak numbers not rms even the power on the Kenwood HU.
