LED Turn Signals & hyperflashing

anyone here installed or knows of any LED signal lights that do not require separate load resistors? in other words i need led signal bulbs that will flash normally.

i think all led signal light must have a resistor to flash normal... i might be wrong maybe they came out with some "NEW SCHOOL" shit.. hahahh
