does anyone make a stereo/DVD player with a LCD screen that IS NOT motorized and dosen't fold into the stereo. I don't have navi and i want an LCD screen that will fill the huge space where the stock stereo is. I checked crutchfield and it didn't look like there was anything like that. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

 

if i am reading you question right you want a screen that will fit in the large space but you dont want it to flip in and out... if that is the case you can get the pioneer avd-w6200 or w6000 and use the avm-8000r brain as your stereo... then if you want a cd/dvd changer just add the xdv-p90 or if you want navi add the avic-80dvd.... i hope this answers your question...

i found one check this thread from a week or so ago
its double din so you would still need a custom kit made but it would fill it up nicely, it tilts down a little but only to load cds

I had the Eclipse 7301 and it's Double Din, but it doesn't play DVD player, u need an external DVD player.
