kappa 6x9's

sup? i got infinty 2way kappas in the front and they sound really good, but now its finially time to get rid of those stock 6x9s...

Im debating which one i should get

(2-way)KAPPA 692.5I:$125.00
(3-way)KAPPA 693.5I:$140.00

Whats the difference between 3-way and 2-way? Can you notice a big difference? Should i pay the extra 15.00? And will putting in the 6x9's make a big difference vs. the stock (runnin off of head unit)? and whats a normal price for installation?

I would get the 3 ways if its only 15 bucks more. A 3 way speaker adds a midrange speaker to the tweeter and woofer of a 2 way. It gives better clarity and detail to midrange and vocals.

You should be able to find a place to install for free, or do it yourself. It should just be a few screws...I don't know for sure though I haven't done anything on a 1st gen.

And yes it will make a big difference to replace the stock.

Did you use that adapter for your front speakers to make them work with the Bose?
