I have a question about the VM9311TS...

I have everything hooked up right, well as far as i know...

I did cut and rematch the wires, and taped them up, every color is the same, and I have the battery, ground and ACC exactly how it should be. But I'm getting absolutely no power to the jensen at all...I mean, nothing... it wont even turn on...

the fuse isn't blown on the cd player either, can any of yall help?

 

Have you checked the fuse on the power wire going to the amp? Check if you have power with a volt meter if you have one.

 

There should be a reset button somewhere on it..try that also.

 

hmm so i went to best buy to have it checked out...

seems that the radio was a fault and im picking up a new one tomorrow, thanks for the help guys
