Here's the problem. I tried to synch up my older gen ipod ("photo ipod w/ color screen") up to my 4G TL today and it said "unsupoorted version." I then went home and tried to hook it up to my computer thru itunes. No luck. The computer didn't pick up the ipod as a device. I tried it thru two usb inputs so it's definitely the ipod I'm guessing. Now the ipod in question still has all my music on it but my itunes has none of it in it's library. What happened was that my computer completely crashed about four months ago and I lost my entire itunes library when I had to reformat the whole hard drive.

So what I'm thinking is this...I want to get a new ipod but I need to know if there's any way to transfer the music on this ipod to a new ipod that I would buy. Any services that will do this? Any in the NYC, Queens area?
