iPod Connection / USB Integration

Okay, so I've been scouring the internet to find a few answers to this and though I would differ to everyone here.

Car: 2009 Acura RDX w/ Navigation

1) What iPod integration exists to provide directories / folders / playlists to my navi that I can navigate?

2) Has anyone tried (or does anyone think) the Honda Fit's USB Adapter kit on any of the Acura Navis?

Overview Link: HERE
Unboxed Image:HERE
Install Instructions: HERE

Seems to me, and PLEASE correct me if I'm over simplifying this, that it uses the CD Changer interface and it should work on any Honda/Acura with that jack?

I know that I have a CD Changer and I may need a Y-Splitter etc...

So let me know your feed back on the above two items and thanks for your help!

PS: I did read the ice-link sticky but I dont belive that tutorial integrates with the Navi to provide directories, etc...

Oh, BTW I did a bit of research and the Honda Fits Navigation is by Alpine (Same as the Civics) and my RDX is Pioneer.

I dont know if that matters. I really dont know much about how the stereo equipment interfaces and what is/isn't standard but any help would be great.

Thx
