Installation Instructions with Photos for USA Spec PA11-HON2y ?
I've searched the threads high and low and haven't found a comprehensive instruction list (with or without photos) that goes through the DIY steps for a HON2y installation...
Can someone post this or point out a thread please?
Thanks!

I agree, can someone post this please. Someone told me that you can install the USA Spec without taking out the console. All you need to do is take out one of the compartments to get behind it.....
Can someone please help please please please?

This gets asked so much! Search for the older threads on the original "pa11-hon2" model, and you'll see lots of pics. Here I've copied a few. None of these pics are mine, but I do have one so I know they are right.
An image of just the pocket you need to pull out removed. To remove it, just grab the sides and pull out hard. Pull from the pocket, not the door. If you pull the door, you'll break it.
Looking up at the underside of the head unit from the pocket you pulled out (feel around, or use a mirror) there is 1 and only 1 plug. Remove it and insert your new USA SPEC plug here . (the one in white.. its the only one facing down.)
Plug all the cables into their appropriate palces (factory harness you removed into the y- adapter. and push everything way back into the pocket hole. It has to be all the way back if you want to fit that pocket back there.
As far as routing the iPod cable itself, most people drill a hole in that pocket right there and feed the wire into it. I used a wire fish tool (or, you could probably just use a coat hanger) to run from the armrest storage pocket to back where the unit is while I still had the pocket out, taped the ipod connector onto it, and pulled it into the bin. This point, you decide whats right for you. Good luck.
