Hey guys,
I just bought the PXAMG and have installed it with a 16gig nano in my 2005 TSX non-nav. Both have the latest firmware. The unit works in AUX1 mode, (Click Wheel Mode) but displays "XM LOADING" on the screen where song information is supposed to be displayed. The main problem is when it's in IPOD mode, i have no control over the IPOD with steering wheel controls or radio controls, and it won't play music either. It's like it freezes up or something. I've tried unhooking it for 10 minutes and reinstalling it, but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I've read that a firmware rollback could solve it, but i'm awaiting response from Peripheral before I do that.

 

by the way, i have the 5v charging cable also but i don't think that would really matter.

 

If it says XM LOADING then it's not in iPod mode. It's in SAT mode and your XM is either not receiving a signal or you're not subscribed.

 

so you're saying even though i can change the mode to IPOD, it's still not in IPOD mode? and no i currently do not subscribe to XM.

 

hmmmm. seems as if this brand new ipod has quit charging on any pc. gonna send it in to apple to repair it. might've been the ipod the whole time not functioning correctly.
