hey

can i go to a lowes, home depot, or and of those type stores to get the wood roller to install dynamat? or do i have to order it online which i prefer not to.

i went to lowes and the ppl there were soo clueless and were liek noo we dont carry it. wut department would it be in if they do sell them?

local resellers should have this tool. otherwise it's just a hardwood or solid rubber roller.

I didn't need a roller. I just used this piece of wood furniture thing (whatever the hell that thing came off of) with a round ball on the end. After heating up the sheets with a heat gun, I just laid them on there, and stuck 'em on.

 

To get the best result from Dynamat you should always go with the ultra expensive block of wood that rolls on the end of a metal stick sold by Dynamat.

 

I think home depot and lowes would carry it in the wallpaper section... Or vynil floors. Its a 1 inch or so wooden roller. Not a big deal. Print out a picture for the morons at the store!
