Ignition sense cable, for bluetooth car kit

Anyone know what the 'ignition sense cable' should be spliced into for my bluetooth car kit? Is this the 'Radio remote swirch', grn/red wire in the TSX's audio unit? Or the 'Radio switch (amp)', yel/grn wire...

Thanks for any help!!

This is basically going to be switched power that is only receiving current when the ignition is on. I wouldn't recommend using the remote switch on the radio, or remote switch at the amp. This would cause the bluetooth kit to turn on and off whenever you turn your radio on and off. Probably not what you want.

Instead, you can tap into power at the fuse box. Just got buy an Add-A-Circuit at the AutoZone. You're interested in the switched ACC power wire. That receives power only when the ignition is on.

More details on teh add a circuit are here:

Thanks, TSX536. Can I get power directly from this fuse box or do I have to run a wire directly to the battery? Thanks!

Yes, you can just get the power there. Since the bluetooth kit probably won't draw too much current. It will be fine. If you were to run an aftermarket amp, or something like that though. I would go directly to the battery.

Also, you might want to buy a switch so that you can reset the bluetooth kit anytime you want during driving. Just put that switch inline with the ACC Switched power wire.

If you have the center console open, there is an ACC wire that goes to the amp, it's yellow/red. For reasons already stated, you don't want to use the two you mentioned.

Thanks TSX536, Thanks Spoon! Looks like I can use any top slots in the fuse box for Switched ACC and any middle row for constant power. Thanks again.
